“Déçue de l’hotel, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et notre chambre etait au 8e etage. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pour la douche . Nous n’avions pas de papier de toilette mais lorsqu’ils l’ont su ils sont venus nous en porter rapidement. La nuit c’etait froid dans le lit. Située dans un bel endroit proche de boutiques et de restaurants. Le buffet dejeuner etait tres bien”

“incredible experience, the room is so beautiful. we were very grateful to our host and his family for their time and their wonderful support. meals were delicious and they catered so so well to our last minute request for vegetarian meals. 100% perfect all around, so recommended!!”

“The staff was nice but they speak little to no English. The location is nice and close to many shops and the city center. The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. ”

“Para entrar y salir había que buscar por todo el hotel a la persona de recepcion porque nunca estaba, para el agua caliente toco rebuscar a esa misma persona para q a la final dijera que era un botón ( super fácil de resolver si lo hubiera avisado al hacer el check in, para terminar de rematar. Se fue el agua a las 9pm y nunca la volvieron a poner, lo extraño es que en los locales de las vecindades si había servicio. ”

“I stages 3 nights. At the first night I had to take a shower in médium-low temperature. I said it at the woman at the main office. Day 2 they changed my room for another which the hit water was ok… she never mentionnes that I Will have to pay the extras. At the Check-out , surprise I had to pay 300 soles to cover it. I asked the women Why and they couldnt answer me. So I paid it and i’m still looking for a refund of theses abusives fées. ”
