Location in a Hispanic neighborhood which was great for fruit juices/fresh cut fruit stand at the end of the street and great Mexican restaurant and grocery store within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very quick to respond. Even when we wanted to extend our stay day of, the owner answered my message quickly and coordinated the details...
