"I stayed here for 3 nights for a birthday celebration. Many of my other friends also stayed in the same hotel, and we gathered together to have breakfast at the same time every morning. The staff were extremely helpful attending to all our requests. The buff breakfast was also very good. I was very impressed by the staff for allowing us to check out very late because we needed a sitting room to have the final gathering. "

"Hotel is in a great area between airport and the Bund. Very clean, American style rooms with great little food mall close by, convenience store across the street, and lots of restaurants. We booked it on our way home because of proximity to airport. Very comfortable and we would stay again. "

"Had a great stay—trendy, pretty decor set a modern vibe. Staff were super helpful, accommodating every request. Breakfast had great variety and was delicious. The new surrounding area is comfy with tons of nearby restaurants. One minor issue: A mosquito in the room bit me a few times on my last night. Still highly recommend! "

"Short stay at the hotel, arrived at 9PM and left the next day at 5AM. Hotel amenities were great. Did not try dinner here. Not much to walk around. Maybe it was too dark when we arrived, we did not see any store around. But stay was comfortable and the front desk team was very friendly and helpful. "
