We have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row and love the pool and restaurant areas. We got a suite this time. There are many Spanish staff at the hotel and they are very well trained and experienced regarding service and cleanliness. Very impressive standards and the breakfast is amazing. They are very friendly too ! We will be back next year.
Room cleaned every day including floor washed, new towels, water, coffee and tea. Evening turn down service included chocolate's and more water/coffee/towels. The pool furniture has been upgraded since last year and there is now a Sports bar !
Fantastic location if you have a hire car for Estepona and Gibraltar, Benahavis & Marbella old town. A lot of guests get Uber or Bolt to Puerto Banus. Tip: if you are going to Gibraltar book the trip in minibus up rock 24 hours beforehand otherwise you wont get one & the taxis are £340.
