"The front desk / customer service was terrible. Very rude and argumentative with my husband when he asked for batteries or replacement for a remote that was not working in our room. We were also overcharged. Other than the service, the room was nice and clean. Location was good. The bed was comfortable, but was extremely loud to move on because of the metal frame. "

"Breakfast did not have any protein, so I had to go to another restaurant and buy my breakfast, since I am a diabetic. "

"If you stay on The first floor I hear the rooms are much cleaner. That’s where we were and our room was very clean. Did see a little mold on the bathroom corner and issues with towels. Have to give them all in the morning to get them back at or before night. Other than that all was well for our two night stay. "
