"The whole check-in process was a complete nightmare. The gentleman, Gean has no business at the front desk, checking people in. I repeated three times exactly who I was what rooms I had reserved and the names of the three people I put the rooms under. He had things so mixed up. I felt like it was an old Abbott and Costello skit “who’s on first“ We also spoke with corporate, told them the whole story and they said that we would be contacted in 72 hours in regard to our experience that was two weeks ago. Sure glad I didn’t hold my breath."

"Everything was good however the room smell like wet clothes or some like that. Overall the staff was amazing"

"Good breakfast. Great location with ability to easily walk to restaurants and shops. The only complaint ( which only bothered us early in the morning) was the train horn is very loud in the hotel rooms. "

"Good hotel, have stayed before and will again. Rooms clean, good bed, good breakfast. Pool was clean and nice temp. Plenty of good restaurants in the same shopping center as hotel. "

"The property was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is always really good and the options are plentiful."

"Old historic property. Walls are very thin (at least in my room) and we could hear the girls next door giggling and carrying in and then thier alarm in the morning at 6am which woke us up. Staff is very friendly and nice. Bed was comfortable. Also, parking is not free as stated in thier website. It is $11 a day."

"The room looks fantastic. The best were very comfortable. There was no breakfast to speak of the rooms are in no way soundproof you hear everything from every other room. Bring earplugs. It’s in a great location though. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. It appears to be an older property so the rooms didn’t smell very fresh. We had a room in which the faucet in the bathroom was about to come off the wall and our phone didn’t work for me to call the front desk. We had one. Ight where the wifi wouldn’t connect with our room credentials so just a few things made it difficult. Also walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors on every side of you. "

"It was spotless! Beautiful and so unique! The hot tub was a perfect temp. Everything we needed was available. We did have trouble getting in the front door. It stuck and required a hard push to open after the code was entered and it said unlocked. We had trouble with the internet and getting the tv to work because of it but the host was kind and patient with our complaints and within an hour or so everything was working fine. Highly recommend this if anyone wants a very different type of b&b experience! Loved it.. as did all of our family members! Our small grandchildren found all of it( especially the koi pond and treasure hunt ) fascinating! Great experience!"
