“We enjoyed this house for our spring break trip with the kids. Overall it was clean and provided what we needed. The extra sheets for the pull out couch were hard to find, the hot tub was unusable due dirt and overgrowth, and the dishwasher didn’t work. Communication from the host wasn’t sent until asked for, but overall for the money it was a nice play to stay. Beds were sufficient. House was roomy for the area even with 3 flights of stairs. “The closeness to Ft. Myers was a big plus. The view of Arlington Forest was great. The stairs inside were a challenge. Access to the magnificent seating in the forest was also a challenge. A patio setting close to the house would have been helpful; yet the inside nook was great and similar to a patio. This was my first VRBO; I'll ask about stairs/steps next time. The host was helpful and responsive. ”

“From start to finish, Claire was an awesome host who was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house was clean and large enough for our family. Everything we needed was there. The only thing I was concerned about was the neighborhood and parking. Unfortunately there is only 2 hour parking in front of the house. We had to carry and walk our luggage a block away. Also, there is a liquor store and bodega on the corner by the house that had people hanging outside and even the house……

“We stayed at the host property for a long weekend in town for a family baby shower nearby. We were totally impressed with the cleanliness of the location, spacious accommodations and responsiveness of the host. There is a weekend farmers market and we wound up getting fresh produce to cook and some great food and desserts to eat. Parking was a breeze and the nearby park was wonderful for our daily walks. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10!!”

“Wir haben D.C. für 5 Tage besucht und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle Räume waren sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sehr gut selbst versorgen konnten. Das kleine Haus befindet sich hinter dem Haupthaus mit einem eigenen Zugang. Direkt davor auf der Straße gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, sodass man in maximal 1 h in D.C. ist. “This place was a great choice for our visit to DC college campuses, the zoo, and the Cherry Blossom Festival. It’s conveniently located to park and ride the Metro on the red line. Parking was a breeze, the kitchen is pretty well set up for feeding a family (it doesn’t have a blender or kitchen towels at this time and the dishwasher racks are on their last leg), and the furniture is all comfortable.
