ANCIENT MILL OF THE XVIIIth century and HUNTING PAVILION in a large 9 hectare property, river and pond, completely independent.
Group composed of 2 buildings, on 320 m² and a capacity of 12 people (5 bedrooms) -
Calm and rest in a 9 hectare property in the middle of a forest at the gates of the Loire Castles.
Many garden equipment (table and chairs, armchairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, etc.) are available to tenants. As well as volleyball net, badminton, table tennis and pétanque balls.
Large indoor and outdoor tables for convivial meals. Fishing authorized in pond of 1 hectare.
No joint ownership: absolute tranquility. The village is 2 km away.
Cultural curiosities: Castles of La Bussières at 7 km, Briare at 18 km, Gien and its castle at 14 km, that of sully sur Loire at 35 km.
Sancerre and these vineyards 40 minutes by car.
Cleaning is optional for a rental up to 3 days (110 €) or 4 days and more (150 €). The cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit if the house is made very dirty. A deposit of 1000 € will be requested upon booking. It will be returned to you once the outgoing inventory has been checked.

Très bel endroit pour week-end en famille

La moquette aurait besoin d’être changée car tachée. Une chambre pleine de mouches (avons fait la chasse à la mouche tous les soirs). Sol du Wc du rez de chaussée pas balayé. Une table de ping pong mais pas de raquette. Dommage car super Lieu où nous nous sommes regales

Excellent séjour au moulin de Talot

Le système des deux maisons est excellent pour la tranquillité des grand-parents. La maison a vraiment le charme d'une maison de famille, tous les équipements sont présents, ping-pong, badminton, y compris une barque pour promener les enfants sur l'étang. Les environs sont très plaisants et il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter, en particulier la fabuloserie qui vaut le voyage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend en famille. Très bonne communication avec Marie . Les enfants avaient tout pour être heureux. Mais l'entretien de la maison et le ménage mériteraient d’être revus. Vaisselle sale à l'arrivée...( ménage compris dans le prix !) Mais il faisait beau , on a pu vivre dehors ...on a presque oublié le reste .

Rendez-vous annuel de la famille pour la 3ème année de suite . Le lieu est parfaitement adapté, la cuisine reste peut-être un peu sous-dimensionnée. Je recommande !

Une super weekend entre amis !

Nous avons passé un tres bon weekend. La communication avec Xavier et Marie pour l'entrée et la sortie était pafaite. La maison est spacieuce, les exterieurs sont agréables et bien entretenu. Nous avons pu profiter du barbecue, de la table de ping pong, de la barque pour le lac... on reviendra avec plaisir :)

Nous avons passé le week-end de la Pentecôte en famille dans cette propriété : la maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très agréable (à l'intérieur, babyfoot, livres et jeux pour les enfants. Grand espace extérieur avec mobilier de jardin, barbecue, table de ping- pong...idéal pour petits et grands. Merci à Marie pour sa disponibilité, son accueil chaleureux, son écoute à l'arrivée et au départ.

Très beau séjour entre amis !

Nous avons passé le week-end du nouvel an dans cette propriété avec des amis d'enfance. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et très agréable. Les hôtes ont pu nous ouvrir la maison et répondre à nous questions rapidement ! Je conseille cette maison pour des réunions amis ou famille sans hésiter !

Un lieu magique et nature

La propriété est assez incroyable, un parc dans la foret, avec des points d'eau, au calme, idéal surtout aux beaux jours. L'intérieur est chaleureux, avec du cachet (poutres, cheminées etc.), adaptés pour 5 couples/familles (2 chambres avec lits doubles sont accolées et il faut passer par l'une pour sortir de l'autre). Au moment de notre passage en tout cas, tout est super bien équipé au niveau notamment de la cuisine, rien à apporter niveau matériel, condiments, épices etc. Malgré quelques petits soucis techniques (chaudière à réamorcer, gazinière en fonctionnement intermittent sur la fin) nous avons pu échanger avec le propriétaire et une autre personne. Petit bémol, mais cela dépend surement des périodes : le ménage et la propreté générale au moment de notre arrivée n'était pas tip top
