The entire staff of Hotel Ohana were very friendly and always available to provide help and assistance. They even gave a surprise cake for my daughter on her birthday while we were having breakfast.

We bought the package. Although it is convenient but the tours arrangements were so bad. When we stayed there, it was raining days, they didn’t well scheduled the tours. Once we went back to the hotel, we requested the guider to the gas station for the money changes. The purpose of the money changes is to give them tips, but they just dropped off us on the street although only 10 seconds drive away from the gas station we spent extra 30 minutes walk back to the hotel and missed the sunset tour. That was Sunday and the money changes market was closed. Half minute extra drive for them, they didn’t provide. Then they could arrange the text for the sunset as well. We disappointed with their unthought service.
