"This property runs like a well oiled machine, from the owner's communication & introduction of the staff to the coordination of amenities.We stayed 10 days and the owner coordinated a driver for us so we didn't have to rent a car, it was about a 50/50 round trip wherever we wanted to go , which considered you are about 40 mins away from city center isn't bad. The ladies at the house came in every morning to cook and clean. Their meals were amazing. We were disappointed by some restaurants in town with regards to food, but the ladies never disappointed. Finally, the grounds keeper, who stays in a side building at night, which we appreciated for security purposes, came in the pick up a bit in the morning before the ladies came in, made sure the pool was clean and to put out the furniture padding upstairs.We had the pool heated throughout our stay for about 20/20 per day and he came in and cleared dinner if the ladies cooked for us and covered the pool around 10pm. It was literal perfection.The only con was the smell of the sheep that permeated outside if the wind blew our way. You couldn't smell it inside but moving through the complex to different areas meant you had to go outside. However, given how nice everyone and everything was, it wouldn't be a deal breaker to return. I would like to return when it's warmer to take advantage of the day beds and couches more on the roof. The sunset from there was amazing. Overall, highly recommend. Thank you!!!"

"Perfect if you are French and like feral children. Pool music far too loud for relaxing. Hotel room very noisy as overlooked garden near outside area. Avoid!! Mawda on reception was the most unhelpful human ive ever met and was very dismissive of our enquiry to a lost item. All other staff ok but noticeably more accomadating to french guests. Hotel was very clean and food choices acceptable. Room was spacious but noisy. Shuttle bus into Marrakech was reliable but dropped off a long way away from The Medina, approx 40 minute walk. "

"My family and I travel alot atleast 4-5 holidays a year. We have stayed in many hotels however this was the worst experience ever. 1. The room was so dirty full of ants, flies. Corners of room walls full of dust. Bed dirty. Sheets yellow stained. Towels yellow stained all the time. My 3 year old woke up with bites all over her face and body and we have been back for days and she still has scars. We have been itching since. 2. Restaurant food was another chaos. Evening meal was okay ish however breakfast and lunch literally no options. 30 minutes wait for chips for kids. Especially on our last day which was a Saturday literally no breakfast options left. 3.water and juices in the machines smelt of pool water. 4. Bar side cafe never had anything, according to advert and the welcome paper supposedly has food and drinks though the day. There was always nothing until 5pm some waffles. This is supposed to be an all inclusive experience. This is suppose to be 4*. Noway even 2* is too much. I asked for a kettle in the room. After 24 hours i was told they found one and I should pick up from reception and take it to do room if i pay deposit. I asked for a few coffee tea bags . They said i need to buy it from the shops. Also i needed to pay deposit for the second hand very cheap kettle. Everything was bad. We are very upset to have wasted our money. I hope nobody else books in this hotel. Lastly we booked for a family of 4 and only 2 pillows and 1 duvet was given after begging."

"I would NOT recommend this property, particularly for families. On arrival, we were placed in accommodation located at the back of the complex, requiring a long walk along an unlit pathway with slippery tiles and cracked concrete. Visibility was extremely poor, and I had to use my phone torch. As a result, my child fell and was injured. We were moved three times, and each room had hygiene and maintenance issues, including: • Dirty floors that appeared not to have been cleaned • Mould in bathroom areas • Stained bed sheets • Plumbing issues with constant noise • Excessive dust that triggered allergies These issues were raised repeatedly and documented with photos and videos. It became clear that this was not an isolated problem but the general standard of the property. We attended the booking and attempted to stay, but ultimately had to leave due to health and safety concerns. I would advise future guests to carefully consider cleanliness and safety before booking. "

" Overall, the stay was acceptable. I would like to thank the housekeeping team for their cleanliness and helpful attitude. However, the reception experience was disappointing. My request for a one-hour late checkout was declined without flexibility. In addition, some basic amenities were missing, such as slippers in the room, no welcoming music or atmosphere at the reception, and a request for extra towels was also refused. I hope these points will be improved to enhance the guest experience."

"We recently stayed at Eden Lodge for several nights, and overall we had a mixed experience. The Room The room itself had a beautiful design and looked exactly like the photos — very stylish and well thought out visually. However, it was located directly under the restaurant/lobby area. Every morning we were woken up by the sound of people walking and, even worse, chairs being moved during breakfast service. There were also a few practical issues: There were no proper sleeping pillows on the bed, only decorative ones. We found one pillow in the closet. The closet was covered by a drape and didn’t offer enough space for two people staying more than four nights. The hangers were too close to the safe, leaving little room for shirts or jackets. There are no windows in the room, only a sliding door. During the day you can open it for fresh air, but at night you must keep it closed for privacy since staff walk by and can see inside if the drapes are open. The small water tank for the shower runs out of hot water quickly. The private pool outside the room was not heated. It was beautiful to look at, but not comfortable to use. The Staff The staff were incredible — truly the highlight of our stay. Both servers named Hamza were extremely accommodating and attentive, and the manager (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) made us feel at home.
