“Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le coin terrasse est magnifique, un vrai petit havre de paix. On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, et surtout considérés comme bien plus que de simples clients. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit les yeux fermés……

“this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad. 3 nights were forced to……

“ Overall, the stay was acceptable. I would like to thank the housekeeping team for their cleanliness and helpful attitude. However, the reception experience was disappointing. My request for a one-hour late checkout was declined without flexibility. In addition, some basic amenities were missing, such as slippers in the room, no welcoming music or atmosphere at the reception, and a request for extra towels was also refused. I hope these points will be improved to enhance the guest experience.”
