"Just returned from a 4 night stay . It’s really far from airport 2.5 hours it took by taxi ! we booked last minute and had little choice . Our room was noisy , corridor noise as we were near a lift . You can hear the room next doors tv . Never sat in the balcony as we were over the car park ! Partial sea view was a glimpse to the side . Very dissapointing . We could only change on the 3rd night as hotel full and we didn’t bother by that point . Room fairly basic , good shower and all clean...

"Location and breakfast view are the best features. It is a bit over priced for hotel facilities but if you're looking for a quick and restful stay without any frills then its a very nice and central option. beds are comfy and linens were clean. Rooms and bathrooms are small in general and theres no pool etc. Could get street noise on 2nd floor maybe higher floors are better. "

They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. On Sunday, Serat got seasickness pills by their own vehicle for our boat trip. They are here just for their Customers. First time here and surely not the last one. Recommendations"

"Cold room, loud and outdated fan right outside your balcony, unfriendly staff ( except one out of the whole team ) zero hospitality, zero customer service training, asked them if I can change rooms since the toilet fan doesn’t work and the loud noise from the heating unit in the balcony and they asked for extra money even though the place was empty, only 2 families in the entire two building. Extremely disappointed, definitely will be my last visit. "

"Yes yes yes. Great service! Really nice staff! The room was quite big and had a nice cosy balcony. 10 minutes walk from beach and 15 minutes from the bar-street. "Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back."
