The large back yard used to be the front of the house but has been fenced in completely to provide a large private yard. Access is now from Sandia View Rd. This home has been split into a two units. The 4bdrm/2ba unit next door is completely separate and it is also available to rent if you need more space. You need to turn south on Edgewood and take your first Left. House will be on the Left. Review Pictures. This home has been split into 2 units. This 2bdrm rental is on the west side. There is completely separate 4bdrm rental on the east side that is also available. PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s) & # of nights stayed. $50 fee is included for 1 dog. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were extremely noisy (possable bearings going out) and a small issue with the washer. Other then those couple items,i would stay here again. The location was perfect and the big, fenced yard was a huge plus. I was comfortable in the house and it had everything I needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with when I had questions.
