Perfect for families that just want to relax and keep kids entertained so many facilities and the guy was nice enough to say when we check out we are free to stay around at the pool and just hang out as we want for as long as we want. “Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Balestrate bei Familie Pagano einschließlich dem Haushund Dusty. Da wir selber auch mit Hund angereist waren, war es entzückend zu sehen wie gut sie sich verstanden haben. Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Ferienwohnung mit riesiger Terrasse sehr wohl gefühlt , konnten leider den Pool nicht nutzen weil es noch zu frisch war. Vielen Dank Frau Pagano für die schönen Tage in ihrem ansprechenden Ferienhaus.”

“The property is exactly as you see it on VRBO. It is spacious and sparklingly clean. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts Floriana and Roberto met us at the property, made excellent recommendations and did everything possible to enhance our stay. A few food items were stocked for our convenience. They were always available to answer questions, give suggestions , or help us in any way. Just steps from the historic square and castle the town square was an interesting……

“Nos encontramos con varias cosas que hacen que nuestra valoración no sea positiva. Piero nos solicitó mas dinero por la limpieza de sabanas y toallas, cuando según la descripción del apartamento no aparecía este concepto. Anteriormente le había enviado un mensaje preguntando si había algún gasto adicional ante el que no hubo respuesta. La información sobre el pago extra nos la dio el dia antes de viajar, con lo cual nos quedamos sin opción de mirar alternativas. A pesar de que Piero nos dijo que……

Una posizione strategica, fuori dal caos, vicina la merivigliosa spiaggia di San Vito e attaccata alla zona della movida. La struttura offre tutti i servizi, parcheggio auto, ristorante, supermercato, bar, piscina ed altro ancora. La consiglio vivamente.”

Da un tavolo all'aperto sul balcone abbiamo sperimentato i bellissimi tramonti durante la cena. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e li abbiamo visti solo il giorno in cui……

“Die Lage des Häuschens mit zwei Terrassen und dem Blick auf die große Bucht ist fantastisch. Besonders schön sind die 135 Stufen durch den Garten die direkt ins Meer führen. Unsere Gastgeberin war super nett. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe.”

“A very nice house and region. Theobalds issues are the mosquitoes and the missing mosquito nets in the windows. But the hosts helped with mosquito repellent that was plugged to the electrical outlets.”

Les 100€ demandés pour une désinfection à l'ozone, dont aucun justificatif n'a pu nous être fournis, et les 10€ par personnes pour l'eau chaude ont un peu refroidi l'accueil. Pourquoi ces frais ne figurent pas dans le détail des prix? Cela étant dit, la villa était très propre, la literie très confortable, les tasses à café trop petites pour des français, quelques mugs supplémentaires seraient les biens venus. Dans l'ensemble plus tôt positif.”

“La Villa de Loredana est simplement exceptionnelle. Tout commence par l'accueil chaleureux de Loredana, qui est joyeuse et chaleureuse et qui a même créé un petit book pratique sur le fonctionnement de la propriété et de très nombreux conseils sur les alentours (supermarchés, plages, restaurants, activités...) Elle nous dit sa disponibilité au besoin, et l'on sent que c'est sincère... elle souhaite que nous passions réellement un bon séjour chez elle. La villa en elle-même, très propre, n'est……

“Hotel ótimo; quarto grande confortável, assim como o banheiro. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Pontos negativos: poucas luzes no quarto, o que é meio comum em alguns lugares na Europa. E poucas tomadas: achamos apenas 3. Algumas vezes não tinha ninguém na recepção, e ficávamos sem ter para quem perguntar e tirar dúvidas. Café da manhã razoável. Perto do fim do café da manhã já paravam de repor. Perto de tudo, localização perfeita. ”
