Nice stay and wonderful hosts

A very nice house and region. Theobalds issues are the mosquitoes and the missing mosquito nets in the windows. But the hosts helped with mosquito repellent that was plugged to the electrical outlets.

The hotel and rooms are very dated. The furniture in room is old and scratched. The host did not provide any instructions to access the hotel prior to arrival. There was no AC working ( a plug-in was given for mosquitoes), no fridge, no water, Tea or coffee in the room. The tv was small and outdated. ...

The musty smell in this lower room off the back of the house was overwhelmingly bad. Nice owners, beautiful setting if weather is good enough to sit on the patio, but in cold and windy February we were stuck indoors. The musty/dank/moldy smell was pretty overwhelming.
