“Very friendly and welcoming.”

“Bath tub was stained. Spider web with spider in corner by lamp. Something had spilled on the lobby floor and wasn’t cleaned up. Light wasn’t on in breakfast room so wasn’t sure if going but was just two cold cereals and some bread and frozen waffles. Desk employee wasn’t at desk upon check-in, took a couple ringing of the “bell” before they came. Parking was close. Employee was nice.”

“Upon checking the lobby trash was full, tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. In my room the comforter was dirty, the bottom sheet had black marks on it. The bathroom floor was sticky. The floor of the shower was not clean-I’m not sure when the last time it had been scrubbed-it was brown! The front desk did bring me clean bedding (for me to change) because there was only one person working.”

“It was a little bit like living in a cave. Not very big which is ok, and extremely dark, which is not ok. On small lamp is a ridiculous way to light a room. We will not be staying there again.”

“If your room is on the 2nd floor be aware of that Wi-Fi is very slow as if back to the 90s,and there is no elevator!the room equipment is good and useful”

“This hotel has truly surpassed our expectations! It is a beautiful hotel furnished and accessorized with the beauty of the French baroque time period. So very well thought out right down to every detail. We loved our conversations with Stephanie and it was a pleasure all around. Savannah was so helpful in finding us a quiet area to relax and feel quite at home. We met Harold at the end of our stay and we had a quick and enlightening conversation. This will be our favorite place from now on……

“First of all....the price on Expedia was a lot more that the hotel would have charged on their website or if calling them for a reservation. The room was ok. The curtains wouldn't close due to the closing wand was broken, there was hair in the shower, on the vanity and after wearing socks in the room, the floor clearly hadn't been mopped for some time. The hotel was noisy and the breakfast was a joke. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.”
