The staff struggled to take our order from our room to the restaurant so we had to go downstairs ourselves and do it as they kept saying we don’t have this (when all we wanted was to order the crème brûlée dessert). The restaurant staff were very helpful when we went and ordered ourselves and kindly delivered it our room. The people working at the reception should have awareness of hotel facilities. The breakfast menu is good with lots of variety and the room itself was quite big and spacious."
