"where to start... The hotel location is perfectly located, steps from old town, Mirabel gardens, night life and all the cultural attractions. Staff was excellent and extremely professional and courteous. Breakfast was a proper Alpine offering with Lattes etc to order. Rooms were spacious...beds were comfy and pillows were large...bathrooms had everything... including a nice shampoo AND conditioner. Everything you want when traveling abroad... would come back again and again"

"Staff, car park, room and pool all superb. Only disappointment is for an evening meal. 3 venue choices are open with total choice of 5 meals between them. The resort could benefit from a wider choice. Resort however is wonderful"

"We picked this hotel because it is close to the train station. The hotel is staffed 24 hours so no issue with late arrival. The cocoon motif continues throughout including cocoon-type sleeping bags on each of the double beds. Not for everyone but fine for us. Functional and modern. Good value and easily accessible to Salzburg sites."

"The check in process was easy but the front desk staff were not very friendly. Our room was nice but I wish we had better bathroom linens. We had issues with the lack of service at the rooftop bar. On average, it took 15 minutes just to get a beverage. They were clearly understaffed."

"Hotel Immlauer Brau is a great place to stay while visiting Salzburg. It is within walking distance to Old Town. Mass transit is also very close to the hotel if you prefer to use that to get to Old Town. The train station is within walking distance of this hotel as well. The staff here were so friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions on how to get to places. They were very helpful when a situation occurred with our reservation, they were so kind to resolve the issue so it was more comfortable for us. The rooms were quite a bit larger than normal European hotel rooms which made our stay extra comfortable as we stayed for over a week. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, location and cleanliness."
