"健身房過於陽春，早餐很不錯，惟第一天check in完，把行李放在房間內後，出門去薩爾斯堡舊城區漫步，回來後發現三件大行李箱都不見了，經詢問後（一開始櫃檯人員還誤以為是在櫃台寄放行李不見了），經過一番折騰、才發現飯店人員未經同意擅自搬移到一樓，虛驚一場！"

"房间很好，环境很好，停车场很好，但是需要进行员工培训，我可以明显感觉到我退房时，前台的两位女性，其中一位并不想服务亚洲人，所以一直在电脑前装的很忙碌，并时不时用眼睛撇我，在另一位女性给我和我老婆提供服务后，她起身开始为排在我后面的白人夫妻提供服务。"
