"Everything was nice and clean. I went down to check out she said we need to scan your card again for incidentals. I said why and sge said they didn’t scan it correctly. I didn’t have any so I asked why she would need my card again. She told me to come look at the screen. I did and it said a 0 balance due. She just said well I guess you don’t owe anything. I said no I don’t. It was just very odd to ask for my card when everything was paid in advance through Expedia and no extra charges were made at the hotel. "

"Our room was very clean and the staff were great. We had issues with our card and the staff walked to our room with us after resetting the key to make sure it worked. They are working on some upgrades so not everything was available to us but it will definitely be awesome once they’re completed. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. "
