“Room was clean and comfortable, we had our dog with us. All the staff was amazing and accommodating. There was a problem with our refrigerator and they put a brand new one in our room in under 15mins!! Thank you!! Breakfast was great, the hot tub was clean and relaxing,the pool was warm. Would absolutely recommend,and definitely will be staying again!!! Thank you Bay Inn of Tawas.!!!”

“It was amazing! We stayed here for a youth hockey tournament and the staff were all so wonderful and accommodating! They treated our boys and whole team so kindly. They even opened up breakfast early so our boys could eat before their game on Sunday. It was the best Holiday Inn Express breakfast that I have ever had. Liz does a great job! Gwen was so helpful and sweet! The hotel, itself, is extremely clean and the view is beautiful. The pier is right behind the hotel and a great walk! ”
