“I was charged twice for.damage protection. I paid when booking and then forced to pay another when checking in. I contacted the property management a lot of times, but they kept talking about something else. I have now wasted a lot of time and have VRBO support trying to help because this is against policy. I also couldn't get into the property with tbe code I was given and spent 30 minutes in the hallway with support trying numerous different codes. The property wasn't very clean.”

“I ended up not staying, the parking lot was not secure, horrible neighborhood with people pushing shopping carts around, there was no way I was getting out of the car or leaving my car in that lot. "晚上接待的印度小哥很耐心，我英语不好他尽量让我听懂他说的每一句话，含早餐，虽简单够吃饱。房间除了没有牙膏牙刷拖鞋外都有，有肥皂，洗发洗澡的香波，浴巾，草纸用。唯一不好的是靠近卫生间的床有臭虫，咬了我好几个包。换了张床才能安睡。幸亏我一人的包房，两张床由着我选。 房间有微波炉和小冰箱。 接驳车很友好，没网的情况下只有指望它了，可以送到t1,t2。司机还帮忙搬行李，可以我没带零钱没法给小费。"
