Seaside Sanctuary - Beach Front Home on the "Island"

Location Location! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is among the sought after Rio Del Mar beach-front homes on the "Island". You can walk onto the sand from your sliding glass door in the living room, enjoy your coffee from the upper deck while looking out to sea, and listen to the sound of the ocean while falling asleep.The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom, and living room with tv, fireplace, and large window looking out to the ocean. Upstairs is the other full bathroom and three bedrooms with a deck.

House Rules: This is not a party house. Quiet hours start at 10pm.

Rio del Mar Beach: View the dolphins and seals swimming up and down the ocean during the strolls on the beach. Bring your binoculars for whale watching! Other activities include boogie boarding, surfing, swimming, sea shelling, and building sand castles. It is the perfect playground for everyone!

Walking to shops:Walking distance to the Market, coffee shop, deli, and Cafe Rio Restaurant. A short drive to grocery stores and theaters.

Places to visit: Down Town Santa Cruz, local golf course, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach Golf Course, Santa Cruz Harbor

Please do not use neighbors patios. Do not climb on seawall. No more than 2 cars per house. Parking is first come first serve along street.

I recommend purchasing travelers insurance.
Do not use walkway, rock seawall, or neighbors patio for personal use. No fireworks or parties.
