“Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern muss dringend gewartet werden. Auch ist die Küche nicht im perfekten Zustand. Die Betten sind gut und der Balkon ist traumhaft. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Die Speisekarte ist sehr überschaubar, was ab Tag 5 dann tatsächlich ein Problem darstellt. Beim Frühstück gibt es keinen Käse und keine Wurst. Einige Baumaßnahmen während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir als sehr störend empfunden. Aber aufgrund der Schönheit der……

“Check in went poorly as there was some confusion regarding a change in meal options. Then the room we were put in had a leaky A/C unit so we were moved to another room which we then had problems with the door lock. I have to say that with all of these minor problems they were rectified very quickly. I was surprised to find there was no refrigerator in the rooms but I should have checked the facilities provided. “The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. “The staff was so helpful to us especially when my husband got sick. The hotel manager got us a driver to take us to a nearby clinic. Without that help he would not have recovered fast enough to make our flight. The staff was so concerned and let us stay in our room past our checkout time without charging us for an extra day. We are so grateful to them for taking such good care of us. We will never forget them or what they did for us. This kind of care and service is priceless.”
