“These are small recent cottage, great bed, AC working fine. It is a bit off road but you can go to Cambridge with 12 min. You are aldo close to Hobbyton. Pool closes at 18h00. No staff available past 18h00, no cafeteria or restaurants, and you have to walk to your cottage thru a maze of sidewalk. ”

“Clean, functional, basic amenities, electric blanket....but room can be noisy due to sound travelling from neighbouring rooms and upstairs. Staff were very accommodating by staying back to let us check in when our plane had been delayed and by providing extra bedding when requested. ”

“It's a very convenient spot for me to get to the famous Hibbiton Movie set and the room looked exactly like it's advertised on Expedia.”

“The hosts make the stay very welcoming with great conversations. Breakfast was cooked to order. The pool and hot tub were a welcome break after the day of driving. ”

Had many issues with room that were annoying: -9 little lights on switches and a larger power button on bedroom mirror prevented the room from getting dark (just small night light in bathroom would have been more than sufficient) -Shower had a rain head (with we do not like) and the other head is a “bar” which puts out a “strip” of water. Does not work well. -Sound insulation was OK - could hear quite a bit from other rooms -Loud creak in floor at foot of bed -Door……

“This is a very perfect mansion which is both classic and modern. I’m surprised that even the towels are put on a heating rack. We love the food a lot, both dinner and breakfast. Fresh ingredients and nicely cooked by the host! Host is very nice and introduced us to sheep feeding. Thanks for lending us a HDMI cable as well since our laptop’s monitor is not functioning well and we need to connect it to the TV.”
