"Breakfast was a joke, coffee and hot water wasn’t even hot, luke warm even if. Staff were amazing, lots of parking. this hotel is majorly under renovation. Rooms are falling apart. We had to actually ask for a night table between our beds. We didn’t read the fine print that you don’t get housekeeping ..."

"Very few amenities, snack bar closed the whole time. Took about half an hour at 10 pm when kids were exhausted to check in. Very slow staff and not very apologetic. Laser show nearby was only plus. Otherwise would recommend to find another hotel."

"Loved this Treehouse. Was very clean, adequate amenities. It sits back off the road a bit so it is very private. Short walk to the Genesee River. We met the hosts. Very nice couple. You do have to be mindful of how much water you use and you cannot drink it. So, bring your own water. There is a refrigerator ..."
