“After a 4 hr drive we wanted to relax. We got there at 12 but were told we couldnt check in til 1 which is 1/2 hr after check in. The room was hot as they said give it some time. We have an old system. By 3 it was apparent it was not working. We complained. I felt sick from the heat. It was 91 outside. The front desk told us all the rooms were the same. We went out to look for a new hotel, but we were not credited. I do not recommend the Luxor.”
