“Parking was ok”

“I have stayed at hotel few times and have had no issues. Unfortunately, on this occasion the cleaning staff knocked on our door 30 mins before my check out time to see if room empty which made us feel pressured to rush out of room. They seemed to be waiting for us to leave in the lobby. They have a key card system where you drop your card in a box or check out at reception so they needed to of checked both those places first. :0)”

“Need heating on in room had to use a plug in radiator for heat 😔”

“No plug in bathroom hand basin. 2 lightbulbs not working. Divet ripped on seam. Room cold no heating or extra blanket.”

“Different experience traveling from the US- shared bathroom, check-in at the bar in the adjacent restaurant, modestly lit path along the side of the building to the hallway door that led to the rooms.”

“I love staying here, it’s my go to place. I was a little disappointed this time, stayed in room 22 on second floor. Room was clean, but the window was not able to stay open, so it was unbearably hot in the room, and just got hotter at night. It could do with at least two more plug sockets, as two were taken up by the fans we had to plug in and have on continuously. The bed was a little firm for our preference, but others may prefer that. Staff were lovely and helpful as usual. I will be……

“The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted. The problem was with their check in procedure. Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling. After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered. Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment……
