There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible. Along with the tag. I was backed into the space unloading and the mgt came driving by on a golf cart didn identify him self just reminded me that i would get a citation for parked with my nose sticking out. So departure from the room again i was parked wong and was told to turn arond or i will be ticketed. I advised him to go right ahead and i will have every news outlet that would come and he would be on 6pm news. He then must be gone by 11 am check out. Never again will not be spoken to when i am Paying for sevice. I have stayed many times before. What I don’t like about this hotel is the staff is rude especially the person who works there at night he has a very rude attitude, makes you not want to stay there, I also had a issue to where housekeeping just freely opening the room door the next morning before check out. Check out is at 11a.m she knocked and instantly opened the door at 10:30a.m. I feel like more money should be invested in this hotel in general !!
