I have stayed in a lot of hotels, and it is customary to hold a deposit of 30 to 50 dollars, but to require a $100 deposit that will be returned in 5 business days. For a hotel with nothing, mini bar no, movies you can buy to watch no, there is zero reason to get a deposit. And when I questioned the hotel clerk she was very rude. This place is a dump and would never stay ther again.

Property was clean and quiet had a minor leak from the air conditioner and Tim made sure I was given another room with no problem. Tim gave great customer service!

The staff were professional and helpful. Especially the young lady who was working when I checked out. When I told her about the items in my room that needed maintenance attention, she seemed very concerned and said she would have maintenance check on the items. Also, upon my request, she walked down to my room and made sure my room was not damaged so I could get my deposit back. Now for the problems: The TV in my room would not turn on, but it was not a big deal because we all had iPads. Also the shower head would not stay in place at the highest point (accessible room) so I had to bend at my knees just a little to wash my hair. One more thing, there was not a fart fan in the shower/toilet room, or if there was one, it was not working. We also had two dogs with us and the hotel has very little grassy areas to potty dogs. They do however, provide poop bags and trashcans. I also do want to say that my hotel room was very clean, the towels nice and fluffy, and my mattress was very comfortable.

The property was very clean. Thw Location was good for our purposes. The breakfast was in a brown paper bag. The pool was inoperable. A crack in the surface of tub. The doors from the hall to the courtyard were open 24 hrs.

The room smelled like mildew!! Really bad. The shower didn’t have hot water only lukewarm water. And there is NO HOT TUB unless you get the suite that has one even though it’s listed on Expedia as one of the amenities. Never again. Don’t waste your money. Terrible experience.
