“The room and bathroom were clean. The whole place was quiet and frankly a little eerie feeling as not many folks were staying there. There was no breakfast. A smiling face from the gal in the office who checked us in would have been welcome, but she did provide good restaurant suggestions. The property seems to be up for sale. I would probably not stay there again.”

“Tina and Vince were great. Very helpful with the Cabot Trail information amd places to stop and see. Room was perfect, very clean.

“This is a great property, just a few minutes from downtown Yarmouth!
It is very clean, nicely maintained and the owners are so friendly. It is also very quiet and away from the road
We had a good breakfast that was included in the price.”

“We booked here because they said they have a pool on the booking website and they had a diner on site. The pool has been filled in. So we were bummed we couldn't use it. The diner is seasonal and wasn't open yet they said it doesn't open till June sometime. I wish we had know this we may have stayed somewhere else. But on the plus side the view was gorgeous and the rooms were clean. And the staff was friendly”
