“We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. “THE Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel!! We were in a superior double room, ground floor, that was accessed from outside. The room was spacious and clean.
