“Clean rooms, warm pool”

“Though the kids loved the pool, the room was disgusting. Which is probably the best description. All our towels had massive brown marks ( we called down multiple times, no one ever brought new ones) we had zero hot water and was told to just wait it out. Our fridge died which we were told sometimes that happens and all my breast milk for my baby went bad, and to top it off we were told a crib in our room was a fire hazard and denied until i spoke and pleaded with management. “THE Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel!! We were in a superior double room, ground floor, that was accessed from outside. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a decent size but the toilet was tiny and uncomfortable, which isn't a huge deal.
