“The location can't be beat, and Joseph (the manager) was extremely responsive. We started out in the Blu Suite, which was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music blaring just outside until 2 am, the light from the street beaming in brightly, and the construction that began at 6 am. “We stayed at the hotel for three nights from and booked a total of seven rooms. But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. “We had our room cleaned every other day. Some days we would get new water bottles, replaced soap, refilled coffee and tea, but not every time. It was hit or miss. We were there for 14 days and as wonderful as the breakfast is, it is the same food already picked out for you, for 14 days. Variety would be much better.
