conveniently located
Great new property and conveniently located . This would have been a 4 or a 5 star review, but unfortunately the following items were an annoyance, and this property will likely not be on our list of places to stay again:
- garage staff were less than helpful upon arrival
- Stayed on 21st floor, directly under sales gallery, and we were woken up every morning by clacking of high heels and chairs sliding across hard flooring.
- 24-hour noise from elevator shaft
- cleanliness issues: master bath showed signs of not being cleaned thoroughly (hair in shower/urine stains at base of toilet); floors turned white socks to black; We even requested a cleaning (and were charged $40) and only got fresh towels and bed made... floor and bathtub of bathroom 2 still full of hair - had to call housekeeping to come again, but still no attention to detail; windows in bedroom two had greasy hand prints from previous guests.
