“The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. “Too many issues for a 4 star hotel
Misleading info
- 1 free beverage per person was a bottle of tap water
- AC couldn't manage to cool the room, thermostat showed 25 C even with full fan and outside temperature in mid 20 C
- Room has a fridge but is connected on request!? I had to wait 5 hours for somebody to come to the room and power it on, after I called several times
