“The place is nice and clean and that’s what you should expect. The staff, but I should just say the owner, is another story. When I got there I asked at what time and where breakfast would be served. The owner seemed surprised and said that it wasn’t included. It took me some long negotiations and me showing her the Hotels.com listing to convince her. When I asked her for wifi service, she said, contrary to the listing, that rooms didn’t have wifi but there was a dedicated room for it “because……

“I loved everything about this hotel! The atmosphere, the staff, the cleanliness, the design, and the location. Plus, the lobby bar downstairs is cozy that I could easily spend the whole day there!”

“Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”

“The property is in the nice quiet area close to everything and there is a farmers market on Sat and Sun. Clean apartment, no cooking facilities, coffee maker and tea and the fridge. What we did not like is the worst wifi possible. It had the longest password to log in and the worst reception - worked only standing by the door and dropped every 2 min by the table. Bedroom was wifi free. Said that it also worked for 2 min while connected for 5. I am not kidding in the last 10 years travelling many……
