The apartment we stayed in was okay - we knew it was in the basement of the villa, but it was very dark. We had booked it as it came with a kitchen and perhaps an oversight on our part but there was no oven, the fridge was tiny and a real lack of cooking utensils, it was very basic and meant we did not really cook while staying despite having wanted to. “We were made to feel so welcome by the lovely family that runs this B&B. The room we stayed in is large, comfortable and separate from the main residence. The breakfast was brilliant and an event in itself! There is plenty of parking if needed and a large garden to sit out in. Set in a quiet residential area it is a 10 minute walk to the edge of the historic centre. Highly recommended.”
