"PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Neighborhood is not safe and the property's renovations need to be completed from a safety and privacy perspective. I did not feel comfortable staying there. So much so upon check-in I decided to leave and found other accommodations elsewhere. Had I known the issues prior, I would never have booked the property. I'm very disappointed that when I asked the host if the area was safe, I was told it was. So I booked. The check-in instructions include a long security paragraph...

"We loved the house ! Warm and cozy! The beds were so comfortable . We enjoyed cooking in and the kitchen had everything we needed . Loved walking on the frozen lake and playing with the pups. Plenty of space for games and relaxing. Kyle was an amazing host! Responded to a couple questions within minutes . We plan on coming back and enjoying the lake in the summer.
