One mile to slopes. TWO master suites with ensuite bathrooms, 2-story great room with floor to ceiling windows. Perfect for large groups/multiple families. Enjoy the sound of the creeks, roast marshmallows by the firepit or sit on the brand new deck! Pet-friendly with plenty of parking.

Accessible friendly with a flat driveway & step-free entrance to the cabin & main level.

Main Level:
-2 story ceilings with large windows for lots of natural light and views of the water & picturesque yard.
-Spacious, open great room with living room with plenty of comfortable seatings and tasteful decor, 2-story rock fireplace with easy to use gas logs, dining room table (for 8), fully equipped kitchen with snack and coffee bar.
-Large smart TV with multiple streaming apps
-Outdoor dining and seating
-2 Primary king suites with ensuite bathrooms

Downstairs:
-Queen bedroom with plush mattress, high-end linens, & smart TV
-Kids bunk room that sleeps 4 (individual twin beds between the bunk beds, trundle and single bed.
-Bean bag chairs and smart TV so the kids have their own area to hang out and play.
-Shared full bathroom between the lower floor bedrooms.

Guests have complete access to home and entire property. A keypad code will be provide with checkin instructions sent 24-48 hours prior to checkin.

We have a local property manager and handyman that live close by who can handle any onsite guest needs. We also have three people watching the listing in case needs arise. We know how important it is to be a responsive host and address and issues or needs quickly. We aim for a 5-star experience everytime so you can trust your trip experience with us.

During heavy winter months (mid-December through February) AWD or 4WD is recommended.

In heavy winter months (late December through February) AWD or 4WD vehicles recommended. Driveway is flat but getting from Banner Elk up the mountain can get icy during storms. Tire chains are sold and installed in Banner Elk, if needed.
1) Pet-friendly with $150 pet fee for up to 2 pets. Pet reservations must be made ahead of check in. If you decide to bring your pet last minute reach out to us and we can request the pet fee. Unauthorized pets not on the reservation will be charged a $250 fee.

2) No smoking in the house. If smoking occurs a $250 smoke remediation fee may be charged.

3) Back to back guests are often. A late checkout or early checkin may be provided if available. Authorized early check-ins may be possible for a nominal fee (if available). Feel free to reach out for pricing and availability.

Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $75 per hour since cleaners have to wait outside.

4) Trash must be placed in bear-proof bin.
