There is a great restaurant right on the property. The building is older but was very clean. The property sits right on Lake Superior with beautiful views.
The outside looks of the hotel is good, and the price rates are the highest in the Baraga and Lane’s. However, the inside facility and overall are old and of poor quality. Many area and inside the rooms are like from the 1970s.
The hotel has a resturant that is open for breakfast. Lunch and dinner. The wall paper was being in our room, and in hallways. It was basically clean. Dinner staff were nice.
We were traveling back from an extended vacation and booked one night. We will definitely be back. The room was clean, towels not worn, bed comfortable and views a real plus!
The onsite restaurant did an excellent job.

Room was clean but A/C only worked for an hour or two. I knew they were booked so didn't bother to mention it and slept a little hotter than I like. Restaurant staff are friendly and efficient. Food was good too.
Stayed with my husband, 2 year old and 5 year old.
Staff was friendly. Pool was warm and clean. Location was nice. They do have a small workout/ fitness area. The restaurant was delicious and simple, breakfast is a great price while dinner was a little more higher priced than some of the places around.
Good experience, will definitely be back!
The place was really clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. It was comfortable and well maintained, and I would definitely recommend staying here.
