Everything was good, the owners were very helpful in anything i needed, the only thing i wish they had coffee in the rooms rather then in the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. It is an older property therefore no air conditioning. We would not stay again in the heat and humidity of summer but different seasons would be ok.

Nice place to stay!

Nice stay at this motel! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, quiet location, and staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again if we pass through here. Very nice place to stay for the price!

Pleasant surprise

Spent the night on a travel trip between Houghton and Marquette after driving 9 hours. Easy access right on the highway. Surprisingly quiet.very nice owners on the premises that are a phone call away—if you need to call to check in late, just let them know 24 hours in advance. It’s a classic 1960 MOTEL that was remodeled about 10 years ago. It’s attractive and my son thought it was pretty neat. Newish bathroom set up and clean room. No AC but there are 2 big fans.

The staff were very friendly and gave us helpful tips to make our stay more pleasant. The bed was not very comfortable, and the tub drained very very slowly. The door did not have a proper lock, which was a little unsettling. Overall the room was nice and a good value for the price.
