Staff was excellent, knowledgeable. They helped us find a solution for my husband. His luggage didn't get to us for 2 days and they gave us a foot stool to use in the shower as he's an amputee. Our shower stool was in his luggage. Very accommodating

This hotel was situated just off the Rambla, which was ideal. However, the room was very, very small and without a functioning window. Air conditioning was as good as non existent, which made sleep almost impossible. The bed was very old and in need of replacement and I believe the sheets were for a single bed, yet the bed was a double. We would not recommend this establishment.

Breakfast was lovely every morning. Rooms were kept clean and all staff were very helpful. The aircon kept you cool and made no noise whatsoever. For a hotel that is in one of the most lively parts of the city in the evening you don’t hear much when getting off to sleep.

Everything worked well: plumbing, elevator, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning. Room and hallway is very clean. Occasional noise from outside, but we were at the back so it was not extreme. Excellent breakfast provided. Great location for touring and restaurants. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice breakfast in a lovely historic basement setting! The hotel was in the centre of tourist area so perfect. Room simple but met our needs. Only thing was the pillows are quite hard, not what I’m used to.
