Accessibility - 3 floors above street level. Elevator (10 steps to elevator)

Apartment description - 2 bedroom newly remodeled apartment with 1 bathroom. One full bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. Complete kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with 135 x 200 cm bed. 2nd bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm).

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air conditioning and heating.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - The apartment faces away from the street, into an ample interior courtyard.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people. It can sleep up to 6.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

Family of four had the perfect stay enjoying Barcelona

Family of four (kids aged 10 and 13) just had an amazing long weekend in Barcelona. This apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. We loved the Spanish feel and even the sounds from the nearby apartments were great, we felt like we were having a true Barcelona experience! Plenty of taxis nearby and so many great places to eat within 5-10 minutes walk. Highly recommend!

Don’t be fooled by the charming photos

This was not an enjoyable stay in a run-down apartment that isn’t representative of the photos. The living room is barely furnished with an oldLeather sofa and a very uncomfortable wicker chair. The bedroom with twin beds (without a window) is so tight that my daughters had to keep their suitcases in the entry hall. The kitchen is funky as well with a bare minimum of dishes and utensils and the bathroom wastiny and the shower was teeming with mold. We left a day early for better accommodations. Keep looking!

Great location

We had stayed in the same building earlier in our trip. It’s a wonderful location to explore Barcelona on foot. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Being in the courtyard side of the building meant it was quieter than our last street-facing apartment. Great spot.

Barcelona break

Apartment was in an excellent location and perfect for our needs. Little noisy at times but that was only one night. Very close to transport links and within walking distance of Sagrada Família. Apartment had everything you need incl dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Overall we had an excellent time.

Classic appartement Eixample

Very nice spacious appartment in the center of Barcelona. Easy to reach by metro, shops for groceries etc nearby. We were only a bit disappointed by second room with the 2 seperate beds; they were not that comfotable and next to the elevator .The walls are quite thin so you can hear yourneighbours. But the fact that you are in the city center next to all the great things to visit is a big PLUS!

Ok property, good location

The apartment looked cute and was clean. The bathroom was TINY but had great water pressure and hot/cold water. The kitchen was bare bones. This is the virst VRBO that we have stayed in in Europe that did not have a Nespresso with coffee provided. It just had a janky old fashioned glass carafe maker and no coffee provided. Maybe I was spoiled but I came to expect it.The twin beds were glorified cots. Very squeaky and rather unpleasant. The walls seemed concrete but you could hear the conversations of your neighbors and, as other reviewers stated, the elevator was loud and right next to one bedroom. There wasn't a lot of noise after 11, but before that and earlier than I would have liked in the morning...The rooftop veranda was only open until 8 - so we were unable to enjoy it as we never got back before 8. The sun does not set in summer until after 930 so it was disappointing that we could not use it. There were nice spanish flourishes which gave an authentic feel and the location was good - very close to a metro line, great shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Overall, very good experience - we loved Barcelona - i would recommend this property with caveats.

Lovely rooftop deck with view

Owners were good about storing our luggage until the apartment was ready. There are a few steps to access the elevator but, fortunately, a building resident kindly helped with our luggage. The apartment was bright and comfortable. Nothing fancy but more than adequate. The beds were comfortable. We did have an issue with heat so the only really warm room was the glass inclosed dining area which the sum warmed. The front bedroom was also quite noisy as you could easily hear every noise in the stairway. Bring earplugs! The area was very convenient with shops and restaurants and a quick walk to the Sagrata Familia, which is also visible from the rooftop deck.

Not good at all

The photos are misleading. The apartment really isn’t great. Tired, uncomfortable beds and furniture. Worst of all is the second bedroom. There as an internal death trap window that the kids found, that scared the hell out of us. I wish I could post photos of it on here. Unbelievable. No warning from the owners that it was there and no apparent way to lock it safely. Also from the 2nd bedroom you can hear the lift going up and down all night. We stayed one night and left the next morning cancelling 3 nights. Wrong that I only got back 50% of the booking. I would avoid.

Good location

The flat is in a good location. Decor lovely and traditional. Quite spacious for a group of three. The main bedroom was quiet at the back of the flat. The second bedroom was a little noisy with the lift shaft next door!

Découverte de Barcelone

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité des principaux sites incontournables. Quartier très vivant : beaucoup de petits points de restauration avec terrasses extérieures, beaucoup de commerces. Seul bémol : mal isolé aussi très bruyant à certains moments.

Um etwas Positives zu berichten - die Lage der Wohnung inmitten des Stadtteils Eixample ist gut. Aber - die bei Fewo gezeigten Bilder der Wohnung sind sehr alt, geschätzt mehr als 20 Jahre her - Bewertungen stammen auch aus früheren Jahren - die Wohnung ist lieblos eingerichtet und nur mit dem absolut notwendigsten versehen (4 Tassen, Teller usw.) Den Geschirrspüler hier mal voll zu bekommen, ist schwierig - Das Bad mit Toilette und Duschkabine umfasst knapp 4 m". Das Waschbecken, das man sieht, ist das einzige, das dort ist -die Türen und Leisten zeigen oft abgeschlagene Stellen - die traumhaft abgebildete Terrasse befindet nicht bei der Wohnung sondern ist über den Aufzug oberhalb der 4. Etage zu finden und darf nur von morgens Uhr bis spätestens abends 20 Uhr betreten werden. Selten so viel Kabel und Kühlaggregate, Antennen usw. auf einem Haufen gesehen. Keine Sonnenschirme, nur ein paar Tische mit Billigstühlen ohne Auflagen. Also, abends die Sonne auf der Terrasse mit einem Wein oder Sangria genießen ist nicht möglich. - Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Morgens wird man schon frühzeitig durch die arbeitendes Bevölkerung oder Handwerker in den Wohnungen geweckt. Nichts für Leute, die gerne mal länger als 7 Uhr schlafen mögen. - Diese Wohnung ist kein Rückzugsort auf den man sich nach einem Stadtrundgang freut !!! - Ach ja, noch positiv der Service vom Vermieter - das Büro ist um die Ecke, man kann vor dem Abflug seine Koffer dort unterstellen.

Séjour à Barcelone

Bel appartement complètement équipé. Adorable salle à manger avec grandes fenêtres. À distance de beaucoup de points d’intérêt, dont la Sagrada familia et la pedrera. Nous avons passé un bon séjour tres agréable!

Great location

This apartment was perfect for the four of us. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted (La Rambla, La Sagrada Familia) and there are many lovely restaurants nearby. The apartment is so comfortable!
