The staff was not very helpful and venting machines did not work and were stocked. The staff did not restock the rooms if you stay more than one night. The price of parking is insane.

The property was desperately in need of repair. Plaster peeling, moldy plumbing fixtures, bugs in the rooms, saw cockroaches scurry around the ice machine, got bit alive by fleas, and bed linens were grossly stained, phone wasn't working. I decided to not take the room I prepaid for 3 days. Management REFUSED to give any refund. Said it was because I didn't cancel by 4 pm check in day. We'll couldn't cancel by 4 pm because check in is not permitted until pm!!! I couldn't see the room until after the 4 pm deadline.
