The room was pretty clean and the bed was okay but the pillows were terrible. The heater took awhile to warm up and wasn’t even on when I got there so it took awhile to get warm but then it was too hot. I had to keep turning it down all night. I don’t have any real concerns as it served my needs for its intended purpose for myself and my dog, a warm safe place to get some rest for the night. I would recommend it for most people in my circle that our pet owners that need a place to just crash on their way through.
