"There were roaches & flies in the apartment. When I told the manager about it he said they they exterminate every week but the roaches are very persistent, lol. I had to laugh so I don’t curse him out. I told him he shouldn’t rent an apartment they know is infested and he agreed but I’m sure that’s bs & they’ll rent it again. Terrible! They should not be on hotels.com as 3.5 stars. They should be max 2 stars"

"Toilet leaked in bathroom due to not being fastened to floor, charged 500p for early storage in one room waiting for two other rooms to be cleaned and receiving both rooms two hours late with still no tv nor internet. I guess you get what you pay for."

"It was very unpleasant walking in. When we walked in the unit smelled of fish and the washroom smelled like sewage. The unit is nice and the owner was very help and accommodating because we had to switch to a different unit. Very noisy though and you can hear people from upstairs or in the units beside you. Good if you’re only staying for a day or two. "

This is a unit in a condo and they ask for a copy of the passport and vaccination card of you and your guest before arrival. It is an extremely small unit and in need of repair. The kitchen floor had water leaking from the refrigerator and the host tried to charge me 800 pesos for a bathroom towel rack that fell when I entered. "Nice view. AC worked good... People working in lobby were very professional.. Dirty bed & sheets.. One dirty worn towel for 2 people.. We had to buy our own towels.. Wash machine was dirty & didn't work.. Dirty kitchen.... Would not recommend ..."
