“Location was perfect for spotting birds and doing short (10-30 minutes) drives to other good birding locations. We booked the room with balcony. The room was clean and the bed was good. Patrica is the lady that manages everything. She also cooked great meals for us. So please order the lunch and dinner also there. We are very happy and enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended!”

“We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, and this place is absolutely beautiful. The property is peaceful, scenic, and truly feels like a hidden gem. The only concern I had was that the website listed kayaking and lazy river tubing as available activities, but when we arrived, we were informed that they do not currently offer them. I think it would be helpful for future travelers if the website information were updated to avoid confusion. Other than that, we had a wonderful……

“Nos hospedamos 2 noches. No nos fijamos q la habitación q reservamos no incluía aire acondicionado y la verdad nos hizo mucha falta, pensamos que por el precio era obvio que lo tendría. En la segunda noche nos trajeron un segundo abanico. La ducha estaba fallando porque el agua salía hirviendo o congelada y para que llegara a caliente demoraba muchísimo. Cuando intentabamos ponerla tibia teníamos q mover la llave de un lado para el otro para regularla. Si quieren una ducha relajante aquí no es.……

“Don't try to find the office after dark! I knocked on an apartment door on the other side of the parking lot because it was the only light on! A kind gentleman took me to the front desk! No lights or information to be found when we drove in! Our room was clean although a bit cramped. It was extremely quiet. The breakfast was excellent. There was no soap or hand towels. The shower door didn't close and the sink faucet rotated from side to side! The sign over the sink said not to drink the……

“Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise……
