“The staff was super friendly and helpful. The check in clerk gave useful information about the town. I really liked that he respected the privacy of each person checking in and there was a line but he was fast and efficient without losing the hospitality. The staff putting out breakfast was very nice. The rooms were clean but I would suggest they go a little deeper with the cleaning. I did love that there was a deadbolt on the door as a solo female traveler it made me feel a little more secure. ”

“Its was an okay place. Mattress was a bit hard and there were people partying in the parking lot until 3 AM and that kept me awake. It was basically fine though”

“Cute little rustic stay. We got a two bedroom cabin, each room had two queen size beds with 4 pillows each and each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen had a full size fridge, 4 top burner, air fryer and Keurig. I recommend bringing extra coffee pods. The river was gorgeous and we fished from the dock all weekend. Cute little place - we'll be back! There are new owners right now who are still getting stuff set up online, but I can see all the improvements they're making.”

“We didn’t get the room we reserved due to no A/C. The desk clerk was high on something when trying to check in, could hardly understand her. Same way checking out. Observed her stumbling in the washer/dryer area. Room had live spiders in curtains, dead bugs in bathroom floor and hair on back of toilet tank. The whole property is very run down.”

“Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location.”

“Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest. There were plenty of towels, blankets……
