Lobby is very small. Rooms are small but fine for a discount hotel. I like the mini kitchen! Rooms were fine for cleanliness. Lots of people just hanging around the front of the hotel, which felt a little odd. Love that first pet is free, $15 for additional pet

The room was clean. Wasn’t enough towels and washcloths and front desk was unable to provide the extra we needed. Smell of cigarette smoke in hall but room smelled clean. For a one night stay, and the price, it was okay.

Someone was selling fish plates out of their hotel room and posted a note about it in the elevator…staff was really nice….sketchy people hung around the parking lot all night and we got loud knocks on door from random people who were not hotel staff at night time, hallway was very nosey at night time as well …the room was real nice

While my stay at red roof was for only 2 nights the room itself was exactly what the online photo presented cleanliness and all. The staff had a willigness to help and great Customer Service is valued these days and times..upon my initial check in the television in my room wasnt working and 2 different male front desk clerks from different shifts as well as a male daytime manager couldn't resolve whatever the problem was. Upon stepping out on the 2nd days stay a female front desk clerk was also asked and presented with the television issue. After informing her of the other male coworkers who failed at getting me some television access she was given my room number and permission to go in when I returned later that evening my television was on and I told my husband it took 1 woman to do the job 3 men couldn't and smiled. That topped off my day. There is a coined washer and dryer available on site that I did use the front desk clerk had change for my one load it's currently $2 for each machine neither damaged or messed up any of our clothing as well as a snack machine but there are lots of stores and restaurants on that main road to where we didnt need to purchade from it. Overall any future return trips back home if I needed to get a room again I would definitely return and recommend others to get a room with them.

Had to change rooms several times; non-functioning AC in one room, missing toilet paper in the second, missing hair dryer in the third, no shampoo/soap in the fourth, hallways smelled weird; did not feel safe. The manager was trying to help us but had a hard time doing so with what he had.

When we arrived, there were several loiters around. They did not bother us, but it was unnerving. Inside the room the bed did not look freshly made, there was no toilet paper on the roll, no wash clothes or hand towels and the door did not lock. The a/c was off so the room smelled musky. It was "okay" but definitely not the cleanest.
