“As soon as we checked into the room I noticed the sheets on the trundle bed under the sofa were stained and dirty asking with the sofa. When I called to ask that the sheets be changed I was told the employee I was speaking to was the only one there and that housekeeping was gone for the evening. She did offer to give us a new room but after a long drive we didn’t want to move all our luggage. The pool was also dirty. I originally booked this hotel because of the good reviews but it was a……

“The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.”

“The building itself shows its age. Some repairs in the room were not done well. However the room was clean. The continental breakfast was lacking but not a big deal to us. We did like how well lit the outside is at night. Makes you feel much more safe if you must go out late at night.”

“It was quite not over crowded or overbooked, super friendly staff and the beds were very comfortable. Pool also was very nice would highly recommended staying here.”

“This was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Towels stained, bed stains, filthy floors, filthy shower curtain with black mold. I understand it was a cheap option in a town with not many options, but take some pride in your work and make it livable. Hair everywhere, bugs, etc. we couldn’t get out of there sooner. It was sad.”
