“Clean room friendly staff”

“The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. I think the rate is high for now , once the property is completed it would definitely be a place id go back to. ”

“Unit was nice, clean and private. Great location. Easy to catch the bus downtown. Good local food and a great bakery on the same street. Onsite car rental is perfect for day trips at reasonable price .Owner provides great details on local resturants. I would stay here again.”

“The property was in a great location halfway between Belize City and the airport with a beautiful setting on the water. Unfortunately, they could not find our reservation when we first arrived. There were some power issues and we lost power a couple times, making the apartment quite hot without the AC running. Also, we found a cockroach in the kitchen. On a positive note, the unit was spacious and felt safe. The water pressure was great and the pool was relaxing. The host was very responsive……

“Did not give us an accurate address, spent 45 minutes walking around to try and find it. VRBO manager had no idea we were coming. Several dogs barked outside our door for HOURS on end. Bathroom had ramen noodles in the drain?”

“This apartment was very nice and clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay which is what we were looking for. Safety was a concern for us in Belize City, and this neighborhood was much nicer compared to others closer to downtown or the south side. Everything you need is within a few minites drive.”

“We spent 2 night here while doing a cave tubing excusion. The location was easy to find with the help of the taxi at the airport. The unit was as pictured and very clean. It is about a 20-30 min walk to the belize sign and restaurants down near the water, on the way there is a grocery store. It was nice having access to a fridge and cutlery in the unit so we could make our own breakfasts and store dinner left overs. The property feels secure and it was wonderful coming back to a/c after spending……
