We love where it is located. However this stay was not our best here. TV never worked correctly even after we asked them to fix it. We had toask that our room be cleaned twice even after we had already asked. Still wasn't done by 6pm. There was a kitchen fire in the restaurant filling the lobby with thick smoke. Just was not a great experience this time.

Great hotel good location with good spacious rooms . Hotels Food and beverage staff lacks of basic service standards such as proper order taking. Serving of item and visiting the tables . Hotels at this caliber and rate should have much better oriented and seasonal managers experienced servers . Serving speciality coffee such as cappuccino with no tea spoons or sugars , able to change fork and knife between courses . Drift restaurant menu lunch and dinner is very badly designed limited choices full of meat items at least include one fish and vegetarian dosh the variety of very limited and not good . The breakfast on Sunday having 2 menu one from 630am till 10 am very limited the other one is after 10 am is not a good choice . Train your service staff for menu and service this hotels needs better F&B management

The area outside is too noisy, and you can hear the noise from inside constantly
