Great location and free upgrade upon check in. Friendly stafff Wish there was a continental breafast even muffins and ypugart would be great. Water cooler tap broke while i was there and i was disappointed in not being able to fill my bottle. Overall a good experience

It was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good. Only thing around it that was walkable was a McDonalds, pizza place and a service station. Needed a hand rail in the shower and only one elevator for 4 floors of rooms

Staff was super friendly. Found cat feces under the sink when we checked in and room kind is smelled. Carpet was old and dirty. Was in a very convenient location for Mt Rushmore.

The door didnt work on the first room we were given. Had to keep walking back to the front desk and finally the staff walked down to the room with me. The second room wasn't clean. I found hair all over the floor and shower and the shower was coated in soap scum and mold along the caulking. Shower size was nice. Ended up moving back to the first room once door was fixed. Not a good experience.

The hotel is the exactly what we needed,close to rapid city yet quiet area for rest. Staff was pleasant and accomodating.

Found blood on mattress and dirty underwear on top of a lamp. Once it was near the end of breakfast all the employees including maintenance staff and housekeeping came in and took over breakfast area and ate all the food still there. Comouter in lobby had so many viruses on it that it barely worked and only 1 oce machine in motel worked.

Everything are good but wi fi connections. The connections were poor, I can only connect to Wi Fi at bathroom, I can’t connect with my laptop, have to use my cell data all time.

It was an OK stay. Got good sleep and good, free breakfast (scrambled eggs were really good) and parking was plenty. The negatives would be that the bed wasn’t made on the last night of stay, rooms had a musty smell, room, carpet, and bathroom were dated, and exercise bike was not operating.

Loved my stay here! What a wonderful hotel. My dogs and I had a great time. Finally, a pet friendly room that is spaceous and doesn't smell. Everything was super clean.
